This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for shipping products purchased from our website in accordance with the laws of South Africa. By making a purchase from Onecollections.com you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
1.1. We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
a) The product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website.
b) The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
c) The request for a return or refund is made within the specified time frame.
1.2. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
a) Digital products or downloadable software.
b) Perishable goods, such as food or flowers. c) Personal care items, including intimate apparel and cosmetics, for hygiene reasons.
d) Products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition.
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a) Contact our Customer Support team (onecollection101@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, relevant details, and reason for the return.
b) Our team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed
.c) If the return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RAN) and any additional instructions.
d) Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials.
e) Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package) Ship the product back to the designated address provided by our Customer Support team, using a traceable shipping method.
2.2. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective product or incorrect item sent.
3. Refunds
3.1. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 21 days.
a) Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
b) If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
c) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3.2. In the case of a defective product or an incorrect item sent, we will also reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs incurred.
4. Exchanges
4.1. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined in Section 2 and specify your request for an exchange.
4.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide you with the option of a refund or selecting an alternative product of equal value.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
5.1. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately, providing detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos.
5.2. We may request the return of the damaged or defective product for inspection. If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for collection.
5.3. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer you the option of a refund, exchange, or repair, depending on product availability and your preference.
6. Consumer Protection Rights
6.1. This Return and Refund Policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. 6.2. If any provision of this policy contradicts or conflicts with the CPA or any other applicable laws, the relevant legal provisions shall take precedence.
